Decoration film installation process

The installation procedure for decorative films is very professional. The installation process is entirely carried out using pure water, without any alkali or salt components, ensuring no bubbles, particles, and smoothness.
There is a relatively safe installation process for film application, taking the film application process of Shaanxi Master Decorative Film as an example:
1. Check whether the construction site is suitable for construction, and the measured area should be true and accurate, accurate to centimeters.
2. Determine the model of decorative film required by the customer and perform precise film cutting.
3. Construction site treatment: Work clothes should be clean, shoe covers should be worn before entering the room, and items such as glass should be checked for integrity.
4. On site protection: Handling, protecting, shifting, and taking photos before applying the film to facilitate the return of customer items after construction is completed.
5. Dust removal: Generally, water mist falling dust removal is adopted (the kettle is adjusted to a foggy state and sprayed until the water mist falls to the ground in front of the film room or film window) to reduce the impact of dust on the film.
6. Glass cleaning: Check if the glass window is intact, cracked, missing, raised, dented, scratched, and secure, and take corresponding measures.
Check again if the glass bead and glass adhesive are intact, if there is any detachment, and if the quality has an impact on the film application, and take corresponding measures
1. Clean the glass, clean the glass beads and glass frames to be free of mud, dust, and impurities.
2. Film opening, film application, positioning, and film application: This step must be carried out by professional technicians using professional tools for film application, otherwise it is easy to cause problems.
3. Scraping and trimming: First, use a soft scraper to drain 80% of the water to ensure that the membrane does not run out of place on its own. Use cow tendons to scrape fine drainage once, ensuring uniformity and no omissions. To prevent the membrane from generating reverse water absorption or bubbles or water bubbles due to uneven stress. Finally, use a film cutter to cut the edges based on the glass, making the film completely match the glass.
4. End of work inspection: Check the film application status and promptly address various issues; Organize on-site garbage and restore the construction environment; Check, organize, and inventory tools.
5. Customer acceptance: After the film is applied, lead the customer to inspect and accept it. And sign for confirmation in the acceptance opinion column of the film application work sheet; Inform the customer of the cleaning and maintenance methods after applying the decorative film, and present the maintenance instructions for the decorative film to be signed and confirmed by the customer.
The basic process of applying decorative film is as above, but there may be slight differences between different technicians or during actual construction. However, the common point is that the drainage must be clean, and the film must be smooth and tidy without bubbles, particles, and scratches.
