Manufacturing Process of PP Film
Raw Material:
The process begins with the selection of polypropylene resin, which is typically in the form of pellets. The choice of resin may vary based on the desired characteristics of the final film.
Extrusion:

Cooling:

The cooled film is then pulled away from the die and passed through a set of rollers known as the take-up system. The speed of the take-up system determines the thickness and width of the final film.
Treatment:
The polypropylene film may undergo additional treatments if required for specific applications. These treatments can include corona treatment to enhance adhesion properties or surface modifications for printing.
Winding:
The finished PP film is wound into rolls using winding equipment. The rolls can vary in size and are ready for further processing or packaging.
