Hard PVC Transparent Packaging Film

Overview: Rigid PVC transparent packaging film (PVC cellophane) is a new type of ultra-thin film developed in recent years for packaging, with a thickness of only 19 μ M. There are two forming methods, one is extrusion blow molding, and the other is T-shaped machine head extrusion flat sheet method. At present, the former method is mostly used in China. The hard PVC transparent packaging film is mainly made of PVC resin as the main raw material, with the addition of modifiers and other processing aids, and is made through batching, kneading, extrusion and blow molding processes.
Hard PVC transparent packaging film has high transparency, firmness, stable twisting, high strength, good toughness, good impact and tear resistance, excellent airtightness, non-toxic, odorless and odorless, and can keep fresh and fragrant. Given the above characteristics, this film is mainly used for candy twist packaging, cigarette and other food packaging, and its appearance can be comparable to traditional cellulose cellophane (cellulose porphyrin). Therefore, it is commonly known as PVC glass paper, but its price is lower than cellulose glass paper.

Hard PVC transparent packaging film is a type of hard PVC product without plasticizers, so high grade PVC resin such as SG6 is selected for easy processing. For food packaging, hygiene grade PVC should also be used, and the residual amount of vinyl chloride monomer in its resin should be less than 5mg/kg.
