1. Groove bubbling
Cause analysis: The temperature or pressure does not meet the requirements, resulting in false suction, insufficient glue amount, low spraying amount, or insufficient preheating (or blister time (molding time) for sheet glue penetration). After blister molding, the temperature has not dropped yet. If so, remove the pressure. The glue itself is not heat-resistant enough.
Solution:
In order to solve this problem, cabinet blister film manufacturers can choose to increase the temperature or vacuum during the production process, increase the amount of glue, choose good quality boards, increase preheating or molding time, and cool down to room temperature after blister molding. or slightly higher before withdrawing the vacuum. Use with curing agent.
2.Cause Analysis:
During blister molding, the side temperature is low or the vacuum degree is not enough; the temperature resistance of the glue is not enough; after blister molding, the pressure is removed before the temperature has dropped.
Solution: Increase the temperature or vacuum degree, and use it with a curing agent; after blister molding, cool the temperature to room temperature or slightly higher before removing the vacuum.
