There are many types of protective films, commonly used according to raw materials: PE (polyethylene), PET (polyester film), CPP (polypropylene), PVC (polyvinyl chloride), OPP, etc.
There are many colors of PE, with the most commonly used being clear, blue, black and white, milky white, and in addition to black, gray, green, yellow, orange, gold, red, etc.
The colors of PET are generally bright, gray, and gold.
CPP is usually a frosted, misty film,
The common type of PVC is Tongming, which is similar to the blue Tongming electrostatic film,
OPP is usually a transparent adhesive film,
PE is the most diverse type of protective film, divided into PE adhesive film, PE electrostatic film, PE mesh film, PE stretching film, PE packaging film, with viscosity ranging from 5g-270g and thickness ranging from 1.5C-15C. The most commonly used is 5C.
PET protective films include silicone PET, acrylic PET, frosted PET, three-layer PET, single-layer PET, double-layer PET, and PET release film. PET protective film is commonly used for various screen maintenance purposes,
PET release film is often used for punching PET protective film in die cutting factories. The most commonly used types for punching are 5C and 7.5C, and the commonly used release membranes are 2.5C, 3.8C, 5C, and 7.5C
Generally, products with smooth surfaces can choose electrostatic films, low viscosity PE plain or mesh films. The rougher the surface, the higher the viscosity of the protective film selection.
For general screen maintenance, choose PET protective film, various plastic products and plates, and PE film for glass surface maintenance. High gloss plastic surfaces can use electrostatic film, frosted film, and low viscosity PE film.
