How to distinguish between electrostatic film and adhesive protective film.
Is it adhesive or not? Difference:
Firstly, everyone should understand which products need to be coated with protective films, whether it is adhesive or non adhesive, PP or PE protective films. If it is non adhesive, it belongs to electrostatic films, while pet films without adhesive belong to protective films. The difference between electrostatic films and protective films with adhesive mainly depends on their strong adhesive properties, and electrostatic films mainly rely on their electrostatic adsorption effect.
2. Differences in main uses:
It is generally used on some bright surfaces, such as the commonly used electrostatic film on the screen protection layer, and the adhesive protective film is also called adhesive paper. Adhesive paper is coated with a layer of strong adhesive on the surface, which has a relatively high viscosity and is suitable for areas where the surface is not so smooth. However, the classification of adhesive paper can also be based on the strong adhesive viscosity.
During the production process of protective film products, there may be bubbles, which is very troublesome. To solve this problem, many methods have been proposed, such as selecting appropriate ink and increasing the coating amount, enhancing the wettability of the adhesive to the film, improving local defects of poor gluing, increasing the temperature and pressure of the composite roller, reducing the composite speed, increasing the soaking time and gluing time, and so on.
When making protective films, the adhesive and film can be preheated and the composite pressure roller temperature can be raised. At the same time, the coating roller can be cleaned to strengthen the management of the coating amount and coating roller. For the coating roller, it is generally necessary to undergo aluminum plating treatment after the new roller is used to 5 million meters, and then undergo re engraving treatment after three times of chrome plating treatment to prevent poor appearance and low peel strength caused by insufficient coating rollers.
In order to adjust the viscosity of the protective film, it is necessary to regularly replace the coating roller. Within the viscosity range that meets the process requirements, the solid content of the adhesive and the coating roller should be combined to meet the coating amount requirements, and the drying conditions should be adjusted, such as wind speed, temperature, etc.
In addition, it is necessary to increase the coating amount used for manufacturing protective films and the temperature and pressure of the composite roller, increase the rubber hardness of the roller, increase the rubber hardness of the roller to 80-85 ℃, and adjust the "wrap angle" of the film introduced before the roller to enter the composite roller as tangent as possible.
In addition, taking moisture-proof measures during the forming process of the protective film, such as keeping the environment dry and sealing the packaging material with curing agents, can also have a certain effect on improving the bubble problem, thereby greatly improving the quality and effectiveness of the protective film.
